How do I join My Deloitte?
To create an account, visit www.deloitte.com/us and click Join / Log in in top right corner.
Site visitors can register for My Deloitte via email or social login. When registering via email, a visitor must provide first name, last name, email, and password. The visitor must also verify that email upon creating the account. Deloitte will send an email with the verification link. Alternatively, the visitor can use his/her social profile to register to My Deloitte. The choices are: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Google Plus.
How do I save an article to bookmarks?
To save an article to your bookmarks, simply go the article and look for the ‘Add to bookmarks’ button. The article will be saved to your bookmarks in My Deloitte.
How do I subscribe to email newsletters?
To subscribe to email newsletters, go to My Deloitte -> Subscriptions and choose your selections. Deloitte subscriptions are sent out on monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, and periodic basis, depending on the publication.
How do I unsubscribe from email?
To unsubscribe from specific subscriptions, go to My Deloitte -> Subscriptions and remove the checkmarks next to subscriptions you no longer want to receive. To unsubscribe completely, go to Account Settings > Email Preferences and choose Unsubscribe all. It may take up to 48 hours to process your request.
How do I update or add an email address?
To update your primary email address or add additional emails to your My Deloitte account, visit My Deloitte -> Account Settings -> General (tab). To update the primary email address, click 'Add another email address.' This will be an alternate unless you specifically choose to make it your primary email address. Your primary email will be used for account and marketing communications. Any email address can be used to log in.
How do I close/deactivate my account?
To close/deactivate your My Deloitte account, visit My Deloitte -> Account Settings > General and click 'Close my account'. It may take up to 48 hours to process your request.

What information is collected by Deloitte?
What if I do not remember the password created when I first joined My Deloitte?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the log in screen to reset your password. Enter the email address where you receive Deloitte marketing email. A link to reset your password will be sent to this address. If you receive the error "There is no user with that username or email," try another email address or click "Join" to create a new account. You can also log in with a social account and connect to your existing Deloitte profile account.
How can I avoid entering my password to access My Deloitte and save articles?
During your next log in, click the "Keep me logged in" checkbox, and your computer will remember that you are logged in and you will not have to enter your email address and password in the future. To remove this option at any time, click the log out icon under menu in top right corner.
I did not receive the email with link to reset my password.
Check your email spam/junk folder. Try to reset your password again. If you still don't receive the email after requesting a password reset, contact us for support.
Can I switch to using social login if I already have traditional email/password login?
Yes, during social login you will be asked for your primary/business email address. This may be different from the email associated with your social account. If you enter the email address associated with your existing profile, you will be given the option to connect the new social login with your existing account.
I received an "invalid username or password" error while logging in, but I'm sure the password is correct.
Your account may have become inactive due to email being returned as undeliverable. To reactivate, click the Forgot Password link and enter the email address where you receive marketing email from Deloitte. You will receive an email with link to reset your password.
I can no longer access the email address I registered with, so I cannot reset my password.

I can no longer access the bookmark I saved, where did it go?
Your bookmarked article may have been removed or deactivated by the site adminstrators, and if that is the case you will no longer be able to access the article.
